Julie R. Ontiveros founded JRO Consulting Group after more than a two decades working inside California's homebuilding industry — first as an Escrow Manager, then as an in-house DRE compliance specialist for a major Southern California builder.
That inside perspective is what sets JRO apart. Julie understands the pressure builders face — the investor timelines, the sales team waiting for clearance, the carrying costs that mount with every delay. She built JRO's process around eliminating those delays.
Julie holds a California Real Estate sales license and has maintained active relationships with DRE examiners across the state for over 30 years.
